Provocative and wildly entertaining, Cabaret is the story of a young American writer who comes to Berlin just before the rise of Hitler and the Nazi Party. As he struggles to write, the young man finds himself more and more tempted by life at the raucous Kit Kat Klub, and by the club's star attraction, Sally Bowles. Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 63. Take Route 72 east 7 miles over the causeway until you reach the end. Take Long Beach Boulevard south (right turn) 7 miles to Engleside Avenue. You will pass a Ferris Wheel at Fantasy Island Amusement Park when you have travelled 6 1/2 miles. Continue past Fantasy Island. the fourth traffic light past Fantasy Island is Engleside Avenue. Turn Left and go one block. Surflight Theatre is on the left at the corner of Engleside and Beach Avenues.
